Dear Leonie, Jason, Michael and the rest of the team at Elders Lennox Head.
Kylie and I would like to sincerely thank each and everyone of you for your assistance, perseverance and support in firstly selling our property at 1/16 Barrett Drive and secondly, with the purchase of the property at 57 Montwood Drive. In between, thanks also for the help with the rental of both properties.
As Leonie is aware, the sale of Barrett and subsequent purchase of Montwood occurred just in the nick of time due to our circumstances. This was indeed an incredibly fortunate piece of timing and due in no uncertain terms to the terrific efforts and commitment of both Leonie and Jason and their professionalism in the dealings with both properties.
Kylie and I are both over the moon in our new place, having space and room to move it goes without saying the kids are far better off too. With our (ever growing!!) young family it is a blessing to now have a reasonable yard and its a joy to be able to walk through the house without weaving through, or tripping over toys, pets and/or little people. Futher more we love the outlook to the back and sense of peace and tranquillity that provides.
There is no doubt whatsoever that all at elders Lennox head did a fabulous job for us and once more, we thank you and are profoundly grateful.
