After
sixteen years excelling in customer service in the banking industry Michael
started his career in Real Estate at Lennox Head and hasn’t looked back.
Michael gets enormous satisfaction from helping people and over his time
working in Lennox has gained the respect and loyalty of clients and peers
alike.
Michael has achieved his great success
in sales by combining excellent marketing and negotiating skills with a genuine
desire to treat his clients with honesty and integrity. With the assistance of an expert
support team Michael continues to build his business based on old-fashioned
values and the most up-to-date technology.

Leonie
Harvey

Real Estate Agent
Leonie
spent twenty years in the financial sector working first with Armaguard and finishing
as Branch Accountant with the ANZ bank. Home lending and personal lending were areas of banking where Leonie
first became interested in a Real Estate career.
Since joining Elders Lennox Head in 1997
Leonie has had experience in all areas of the Real Estate business. Starting off as a receptionist Leonie
quickly progressed to managing holiday properties and co-coordinating sales
support which then led to a smooth transition to Sales Consultant.
Leonie’s strengths are her enthusiasm
and commitment along with her warm and caring nature. Working hard to achieve
the best possible result keeps Leonie motivated and will ensure her
success.
Leonie and her husband Wayne have four
children, two of whom completed their high school years at Southern Cross K-12
in Ballina. Leonie believes that
the friendly community within Lennox Head makes selling property in this area a
real pleasure.

Crethar

Consultant
Jason was born and bred on the Far North Coast but
started his Real Estate career in the hustle and bustle of Sydney’s Eastern
Suburbs. Jason’s family has a background in the industry and he
knows what people expect from their agent. “My
father sold real estate successfully for over 35 years. So I understand it’s
all about helping people as much as you can, being honest and friendly and
having good communication. This philosophy has made my job easier and much more
enjoyable.”
Jason had
been the New Business / Letting Manager at Elders Lennox Head since January
2003 and had revelled in the challenges thrown at him. His background in
Property Management has given him an invaluable knowledge of the local area and
the current trends in both the rental and sale market.
After spending many summer holidays in Lennox Head
Jason and his wife Tommie are excited about raising their young family
here. They enjoy what Lennox has to offer and look forward to being a part of
its future.
